Knowledge, Research, Data: We support the use of information and data by the social sector to develop effective strategies and investments. Data is a tool that can bring stakeholders together to make progress on ambitious community goals, influence public attitudes or behaviors, and inform positive social change. This work is essential to our ability to develop sound strategy, implement solutions, and learn and evaluate our work alongside that of our grantees and partners.

Convening and Connecting: By connecting, convening, and listening with a large network of organizations, we are able to engage in ecosystem thinking and collaborate to create lasting social change. Zilber Family Foundation brings together different actors who hold different parts of the solution and provides resources where they are most needed.

Organizational and Sector Strengthening: It is imperative to support nonprofit leaders and organizations that are engaged in advancing long-term systems change. We focus on investments that support the effectiveness and sustainability of nonprofits in our priority communities. By providing our grantee partners with targeted organizational strengthening support, Zilber Family Foundation helps organizations increase specific capabilities that increase effectiveness and catalyze impact over the long-term.
